Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and own FP&A Intelligence end-to-end for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, consolidation, and BU finance support using Snowflake Cortex.
  • •Build and maintain AI agents that automate FP&A workflows such as forecast pack generation, variance commentary, budget consolidation, and scenario modeling.
  • •Automate corporate FP&A month-end close and forecast cycle by replacing manual Excel consolidations, templates, and reporting packs with pipeline-driven outputs.
  • •Own SAP/S4 and Snowflake data pipelines feeding FP&A analytics, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and auditability.
  • •Create self-serve FP&A intelligence tools for BU finance partners and align planning/forecast outputs with commercial data via partnerships with Commercial Intelligence Leads.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or data engineering, with depth in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a large organization.
  • •Hands-on experience with Snowflake (Snowflake Cortex preferred) and/or LLM API experience.
  • •Ability to build automated analytics pipelines (Python, SQL, and Power BI).
  • •Experience designing or deploying AI agents/copilots/LLM-powered tools in a finance or enterprise context.
  • •Deep familiarity with SAP/S4 FP&A data structures and FP&A mechanics (budget cycles, rolling forecasts, LRP, variance drivers).
