Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk.
  • •Develop project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and work plans based on client requirements and define success criteria.
  • •Lead project delivery resources/team and facilitate project meetings, communications, and reporting.
  • •Ensure contract documents and design sets are consistent, coordinated across consultants, and support constructability and cost efficiency.
  • •Manage change requests and implement governance: risk mitigation, compliance, documentation integrity, and invoice/payment reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing commercial office, retail, workplace, or fit-out projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction and project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • •Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • •Fluency in English; Thai language skills preferred.
