Lead dispute-avoidance activities, ensure compliant documentation for collectable payments, validate invoice data for third-party systems, and collaborate to optimize Order To Cash and web invoicing processes. Apply disputes policies while improving day-to-day operations through process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate and take corrective and preventive actions for invoices that customers can dispute to enable HP’s cash flow.
•Resolve non-collectable invoices through collaboration with Enterprise Operations and Collections.
•Lead dispute avoidance by proactively working with key functions.
•Ensure documentation is completed so payments can be collected, following Disputes Policies and Procedures for compliance.
•Validate invoice data to upload into third-party systems and contribute to process optimization to reduce disputes and increase cash flow.

Key Requirements

•Hold a first-level university degree or equivalent experience.
•Typically 2–4 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).
•Demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to internal/external peers and management.
•Have intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
•Understand in-depth business processes and be able to make decisions with minimum supervision.
