Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily coordination to contractors and manage critical path activities to maintain project schedules.
  • •Plan construction activities with facility operators to avoid delays to facility operations.
  • •Perform daily inspection and verification of contractors’ progress, observing critical operations to ensure quality.
  • •Provide site layout to contractors and record as-built information using GPS and total station equipment, including hiring and managing independent surveyors as needed.
  • •Ensure contractors follow site and OSHA safety standards, and resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in construction or engineering with 2+ years of field experience on construction projects, or 5+ years of commercial construction field engineering experience in lieu of degree.
  • •2+ years of experience operating earth-moving/heavy equipment.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed based on site operational requirements.
  • •Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments and perform physical tasks including lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs unassisted.
