Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the collection and organization of invoices and supporting documentation required for VAT reporting across Cyprus entities.
•Process financial documents using AI tools to extract and structure financial data.
•Prepare and review VAT reports, validating the completeness and accuracy of financial information.
•Communicate and coordinate with external tax consultants in Cyprus, providing reporting packages and supporting documentation.
•Review and approve VAT returns prepared by external advisors, ensuring compliance and accuracy before submission.

•1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax (Big 4, consulting firms, or international businesses will be a plus).

•Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken) and proactive mindset.
