Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the Detail Shop process follows “First Time Right” standards by inspecting each team member’s work and identifying noncompliant vehicle quality.
  • •Communicate quality and production goals/expectations with detail line staff; act as first point of contact per detail line.
  • •Ensure proper techniques and procedures are implemented; train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail.
  • •Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed.
  • •Log vehicle information into computer after inspection; photograph and stage vehicles per standards; run detail shop inventory reports and advise management of equipment breakdowns.
