Quality Assurance Coordinator Reconditioning

Ensure “First Time Right” quality in the Detail Shop by inspecting each team member’s work, identifying vehicles that don’t meet standards, and coaching detailers on proper techniques and SOPs. Serve as the first point of contact on the detail line for quality and production goals, assist during final detail tasks, and maintain accurate logs, photos, and clean, safe work processes. Also support inventory reporting and equipment maintenance updates.
