Provide exceptional customer service to small business clients by delivering comprehensive financial solutions through proactive outbound calling and hybrid branch-support work. Identify customer needs, open and service accounts, recommend appropriate products, and achieve assigned sales, revenue, and growth goals. Collaborate with branch partners and internal business lines to generate referrals and route clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp partners when additional needs are identified in a call-center environment.

Key Requirements

•Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance and maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
•Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Five or more years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey business recommendations effectively.
•Ability to provide comprehensive financial solutions aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values.
