Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end administration and operational delivery of face-to-face, virtual, and digital learning programmes, workshops, events, and activities.
  • •Deliver workshop/event logistics on time by tracking and monitoring tasks across virtual and face-to-face sessions.
  • •Schedule instructor-led workshops, liaise with regions to capture demand, and manage third-party supplier tasking, course info, and invoices.
  • •Triage and respond to learner and facilitator queries, manage complaints, and handle escalation and go/no-go decisions per workshop.
  • •Support registrations and evaluations (reports from facilitators/local coordinators) and provide technology support to ensure training materials are uploaded and accessible.
