•Lead a team responsible for development and delivery of quality software solutions in a timely, cost-effective manner.
•Establish and monitor departmental objectives and drive cross-department initiatives with broad scope and long-term business implications.
•Recommend technologies and strategic technical direction to senior management.
•Lead process and tool implementation, including estimating business solutions and managing project scope through the lifecycle.
•Ensure projects are adequately staffed and managed within manpower and budget guidelines; conduct strategic and financial planning for the department.

•Lead teams of IT professionals with 5-8 years of related experience, including management experience and formal performance reviews.
•Manage budgets and resources across multiple projects and programs, including financial planning.
•Advanced knowledge of project management and strategic planning, with some finance experience.
•Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies, including software development and delivery.
•Strong backend skills in Java/Spring Boot, Go, or C++ with experience building microservices and REST APIs.
