Operations Manager, Scottsdale

Oversee boutique operational functions, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, housekeeping, maintenance, and after-sales service workflows. Manage operational staff and vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedural guidelines, uphold cash-handling processes, and maintain back-of-house organization. Partner with retail leadership and corporate departments to deliver efficient processes, track inventories and cycle counts, coordinate repairs and IT needs, and support budget responsibility.
