Key Responsibilities

  • •Quality assembly, repair and preventative maintenance of ASML systems per documented procedures.
  • •Provide recovery support for maintenance activities, monitor progress and follow recovery sequences.
  • •Keep knowledge up-to-date by reviewing CBTs and process information, applying best-known methods from colleagues.
  • •May receive, check and validate materials, tools and parts; prepare and stage for scheduled activities.
  • •Engage in process optimization and continuous improvement by signaling gaps and reporting opportunities to stakeholders.
