Oversee all cleaning operations for The Truth venue to keep the space clean, safe, and orderly for guests, staff, and artists. Key Responsibilities

•Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline cleaning service staff to maximize guest satisfaction.
•Schedule and direct staff work assignments and run meetings to communicate key information.
•Conduct pre-event inspections of all venue areas to ensure cleanliness prior to opening.
•Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory, including purchasing/reordering cleaning products.
•Oversee interior cleanliness before, during, and after events (trash removal, waste management, restroom sanitation, post-show reset) and support end-of-show venue closeout activities.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
