Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure appropriate support for compliance with safety, quality, production, delivery, and cost objectives for the Assembly area
  • •Audit and maintain processes; keep methods sheets, visual aids, and quality records updated at the source
  • •Update PFMEA and ensure compliance with the Plan of Control and JSA for product/process changes
  • •Define and control line balancing, STD work, and combined work sheets; analyze and improve SCRAP, FPY, DPU, downtime, and line efficiency indicators
  • •Support engineering changes, manage new project administration/implementation, participate in Gembas/RIES, and analyze follow-up on complaints and CARs

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with specialization in metal-mechanics manufacturing processes
  • •Experience in manufacturing engineering/process engineering/quality areas
  • •About 3 years of specific knowledge for the responsibility area (Assembly/Sheet Metal/Machining)
  • •Independent general knowledge: AutoCAD, Office, Lean Manufacturing, Core tools, DMAIC, GD&T, Minitab
  • •Conversational advanced English
