AI & Operations Process Manager

Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across the Secret Media Network, identifying inefficiencies and standardizing ways of working across regions. Lead AI automation efforts by spotting manual-process opportunities, collaborating with Tech/Data teams, and deploying scalable solutions. Partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption, maintain operational playbooks, and define KPIs to track efficiency and quality. Serve as a bridge between strategy and execution with strong data-driven decision-making.
