Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary market-facing contact for production and rollout across Direct and 3P retail.
  • •Lead market calls covering PO status, production progress, delivery timelines, and rollout plans.
  • •Gather and translate market feedback into actionable improvements and risk mitigation.
  • •Deliver NPD launches, major change programs, and fixture transformations from concept to installation.
  • •Manage project WIP, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively controlled.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in end-to-end production, rollout and delivery of retail fixtures or similar NPD programs
  • •Strong market and stakeholder management skills, including primary market-facing coordination for production and rollout
  • •Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and supplier negotiations
  • •Ability to translate global retail designs into regionally executable solutions and manage bespoke fixture development
  • •Proven vendor management experience across multiple suppliers and regions with focus on install, snagging, and performance reviews
