Key Responsibilities

•Develop content and sponsorship-led solution packages for seasonal and tentpole moments, combining creators, content, and TikTok ad products into scalable offerings.
•Translate market opportunities into compelling client-facing narratives, including pitch decks, proposals, and rate cards localized for Thailand.
•Coordinate end-to-end projects across pre-sale to post-sale stages to ensure stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
•Drive rollout and adoption of TikTok One, Creator Marketing, and TikTok Symphony in Thailand through localized GTM strategies and product positioning.
•Act as a data-driven creative partner using platform insights and trends; capture market feedback to inform product improvements and support training/enablement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience across creator marketing, product operations, sponsorships, or commercial partnerships in advertising, media, or tech platforms.
•Strong understanding of product go-to-market (GTM) and commercialisation strategies.
•Ability to work comfortably with data and translate insights into actionable strategies and narratives.
•Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
