Key Responsibilities

•Take full ownership of the studio’s daily operations and workspace experience, reporting to the Creative Operations Director.
•Ensure studio operations follow global T2/2K policies and mandatory regional Spanish regulations.
•Plan, manage, and control the annual studio budget; monitor expenses and meet financial objectives.
•Oversee facilities and workplace experience: coordinate upgrades and infrastructure changes and elevate the workspace for employees and visitors.
•Lead, mentor, and set goals for a multidisciplinary team (Administration, Workplace Experience, Facilities/H&S, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Wellbeing) to foster a continuous-development culture.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an MBA.
•Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
•8+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in a global environment and tech or creative industry.
•Strong written, interpersonal, and public speaking skills to communicate with diverse profiles and global stakeholders.
•Understanding of project management principles and experience generating metrics to drive continuous improvement.
