Capacity Analyst, Strategic Account

Own end-to-end demand planning, forecasting, and capacity management for a strategic client across test centers and delivery channels. Build and refine short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts, optimize capacity to match demand, and investigate forecast variance to improve accuracy. Serve as the primary capacity advisor to the client and coordinate internally across Commercial, Capacity, and Operations, reporting KPIs like utilization and availability using tools including SQL, Power BI, Excel, and potentially Python.
