Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately record employee hours in compliance with CBA guidelines.
  • •Ensure time sheets are fully completed with all required signatures and correct issues before they become payroll discrepancies.
  • •Maintain payroll files and process payroll correction documentation.
  • •Reconcile processed work by comparing weekly/monthly reports to verify entries.

Key Requirements

  • •US citizen or lawfully admitted into the United States for permanent residence with U.S. residency for the last five years.
  • •Minimum one year of payroll experience; 1-year associated degree in Accounting may be accepted in lieu of experience.
  • •Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE government clearance, and pass a criminal background and consumer credit check.
  • •Pass all pre-employment and random drug tests and be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Maintain current/physical residence in the continental United States and possess a valid state driver's license.
