Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the People team to identify, scope, and ship AI-powered internal products that help Lovable run better.
  • •Build integrations with HR systems, ATS platforms, and identity providers (HiBob, Ashby, etc.).
  • •Design secure systems with robust role-based permissions and access controls for sensitive employee data.
  • •Develop predictive and diagnostic models and create canonical datasets/source-of-truth models for hiring, headcount, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • •Own products end-to-end, building AI agents, workflows, dashboards, and decision-support tools while collaborating with other AI Ops Engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience shipping production software that handles sensitive data (e.g., HR tech, fintech, identity management, or similar).
  • •Experience working with people data and business systems, analytics platforms, or enterprise data infrastructure (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, Fivetran, SQL).
  • •Familiarity with HR systems and/or ATS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse) as a builder or via close collaboration with People teams.
  • •Experience designing secure systems with role-based access control and data permissioning.
  • •Experience building products from scratch and taking them into production.
