Job Summary

Support sourcing, onboarding, and development of franchises/SBP to enable timely support for operations across the North region. Own planning and management of franchise/SBP business performance, ensure compliance with franchise/SBP agreements, and evaluate performance at regular intervals. Streamline processes and communication between internal teams and franchise/SBP partners, coordinate with regional business managers and stakeholders (Business Development/Sales, Operations), and drive continuous improvement through mutually agreed performance objectives.

•Plan and manage franchisees/SBP business services and performance, including regular performance evaluation.
•Streamline communication and processes between internal teams and franchisees/SBP; coordinate with regional business managers and stakeholders to meet performance objectives.

•Minimum 8-10 years of experience in franchisee development.
