Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute application strategies and service offerings aligned with business objectives.
  • •Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart systems and applications for SEVEN and SCC.
  • •Manage and develop the Applications team, including regular meetings, performance monitoring, coaching, and guidance.
  • •Ensure effective governance, operational controls, reporting, and performance management across application services.
  • •Drive end-to-end delivery of application solutions from requirements through implementation and transition to operations, while building relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Consultancy experience implementing or supporting Yardi solutions, ideally with one of the big 4.
  • •8–10 years of experience in related fields with exposure to multiple industries and scenarios.
  • •Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application delivery methodologies.
  • •Proficiency in application quality models, governance processes, and best practices.
  • •Experience delivering or operating enterprise applications, preferably in real estate, asset management, or property management environments.
