Job Summary

Lead Visa’s enterprise transformation from traditional PM workflows to AI-agent-powered product delivery. Own the agentic product management strategy, drive SVP/EVP alignment and sponsorship, and build adoption programs that move product managers from awareness to fluency. Define new PM capabilities, orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Legal, HR, and Risk, and measure impact through adoption and value-realization metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the enterprise strategy and roadmap for agentic product management, including what agents do and how humans stay in the loop.
•Drive executive alignment and sponsorship with SVP/EVP stakeholders, translating the vision into leadership-ready narratives.
•Design and execute adoption programs that move product managers from awareness to fluency with agentic tools while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
•Build new product management capabilities at scale by identifying and developing skills for directing AI workflows and validating AI-generated artifacts.
•Measure adoption and value realization, orchestrate cross-functional alignment, and continuously improve the transformation program.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•10+ years of experience in product management, enterprise transformation, or organizational strategy, with at least 5 years at a senior leadership level.
•Demonstrated track record leading large-scale organizational change or technology adoption programs.
•Experience navigating complex, global, matrixed enterprise environments.
•Hands-on experience with generative AI or agentic tools in a professional context.
