Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee development, implementation, and periodic review of ITD technology quality assurance frameworks and standards.
  • •Plan, direct, and coordinate QA and testing activities, defining acceptance criteria for transitions and handovers.
  • •Conduct internal quality assessments (usability, language testing, multi-browser/multi-device compatibility) and validate deferred items from UAT or prior ITQC testing.
  • •Evaluate incident management reports, coordinate corrective/preventive actions, and conduct risk assessments to mitigate quality or operational failures.
  • •Prepare periodic quality performance reports, update QA criteria, and collaborate to identify service improvements from user feedback, audits, and internal reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering/IT/computer science/quality management, or a master’s degree in quality management or IT management.
  • •9+ years’ experience with a master’s degree (or 11+ years with a bachelor’s degree).
  • •Experience managing project quality assurance, testing, and post-launch evaluation.
  • •Knowledge of technology policy and framework governance, including RTA quality standards.
  • •Ability to apply UX research and user testing practices for usability and language testing.
