Job Summary

Provide scheduled and unscheduled UAS maintenance support at Fort Huachuca across multiple flight lines and/or maintenance training facilities. Inspect, test, troubleshoot, service, and repair Group 1–3 UAS components following technical manuals and aviation maintenance regulations, including ground support equipment. Prepare maintenance troubleshooting and repair reports, perform compliance inspections under Army regulations and the Quality Management System, and support audits, logbook reviews, and return-to-service decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, test, troubleshoot, service, and repair Group 1–3 UAS components per maintenance technical manuals and applicable aviation maintenance regulations.
•Perform emplace/displace, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of UAS ground support equipment.
•Prepare detailed reports for troubleshooting, maintenance actions, and repairs.
•Conduct inspections of aircraft, components, tooling, and completed maintenance to ensure compliance with Army regulations, approved technical data, and the Quality Management System.
•Conduct receiving inspections, review logbooks and maintenance records for accuracy, document discrepancies, approve return to service when authorized, and support audits/surveillance activities.

Key Requirements

•Group 1 through 3 sUAS/UAS experience.
•At least 2 years of documented aviation maintenance experience.
•Aviation avionics and IT experience (highly desired).
•Honorably served in a U.S. military aviation maintenance MOS or civilian equivalent.
•Must be able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements (stairs, standing, and walking across uneven/unpaved surfaces).
