Job Summary

Lead production operations for an Airbus assembly line or the Saint Éloi plant in Toulouse. You manage and develop Team Leaders and the production team to meet schedules, quality, cost, and safety targets, while driving continuous improvement and effective communication across key interfaces. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules, enforce quality processes, monitor and improve performance (including paint shop), and guarantee on-time delivery within safety objectives.
