Drive personalized communication intelligence within the Communications tribe of the Growth Alliance. Build and iterate RL/ML models for production decisioning across send decisioning, post-click funnel personalization, and AI-assisted content search. Evolve contextual-bandit systems from online exploration to offline evaluation and low-latency inference, own experimentation and causal inference, and partner with engineering and CRM/marketing analytics to deliver reliable, scalable personalization across high-traffic flows.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, own, and iterate RL and ML models running in production for high-traffic conversion and communication flows.
•Develop decisioning logic that selects the best next action for each user across the funnel and messaging lifecycle.
•Evolve contextual-bandit systems from online exploration to offline policy evaluation and deterministic, low-latency inference.
•Partner with Engineering on system design for integration into funnel/messaging architecture, including decision serving and rollback handling.
•Own experimentation design for decisioning models, defining success metrics and guardrails and interpreting results in noisy, high-traffic environments.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in data science, ML, or a related quantitative field, with a track record of shipping models to production.
•Proficient in Python and experienced operating in a modern ML stack (e.g. Databricks/Spark, MLflow) in close collaboration with engineers.
•Direct experience with reinforcement learning and/or contextual bandits (e.g. Thompson Sampling, epsilon-greedy, reward design).
•Strong foundation in experimentation and causal inference for designing and analyzing controlled experiments in high-traffic settings.
•Hands-on with classical ML techniques (regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems) and working with customer-behaviour data, segmentation, and production feature pipelines.
