Learning & Development Coordinator - 6 Months

Coordinate and support the delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs across USA and Canada. Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, learning materials, and logistics, while administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintaining training records. Track participation and completion with reporting and learning metrics, gather participant feedback, and continuously improve programs. Serve as the primary contact for employee and manager learning inquiries and partner with HR, leaders, facilitators, and vendors to ensure successful execution.
