Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, relocate, and maintain IT hardware and structured cabling.
  • •Perform copper and fibre cabling, labeling, documentation, and DCIM updates.
  • •Support daily operations, vendor management, and facility access.
  • •Assist with DR tests, UPS/black-building tests, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • •Provide first-line hardware support and coordinate vendor repairs, and deliver utilisation/capacity reporting.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in data-centre operations or mission-critical environments.
  • •Strong structured-cabling skills (Cat5e/Cat6, OM3/OM4/OS2).
  • •Ability to read network diagrams and rack elevations.
  • •Confident communicator with excellent written English.
  • •Comfortable working at heights and lifting 20–25 kg.
