•Construct decision models: scenarios, trade-offs, business cases, and prioritizations.

•Graduate degree (Bac+5) from a top school (commerce, engineering, social sciences, economics)
•Strong analytical capacity, intellectual rigor, and structured thinking
•Natural leadership, clear and impactful communication
•Comfort with ambiguity and ability to focus on essentials
•Consulting experience is a plus and strategic potential is essential
