Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the overall security department to ensure guest, employee, artist, and venue safety while supporting cost control and guest satisfaction.
  • •Work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Monitor and authorize entrance/exit, patrol and visually monitor venue areas, and take corrective action when needed.
  • •Investigate and resolve security complaints, maintain order, and protect property while interacting positively with guests.
  • •Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline security staff; schedule assignments; review operations and recommend updated policies and procedures.
