Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, and manage legal staff work and administer the Legal Affairs & Compliance Division’s activities.
  • •Advise internal clients on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters, including dispute resolution, risk management, contracts, corporate governance, and compliance.
  • •Provide strategic direction on compliance, oversee and monitor implementation of the compliance program, and prepare reports as appropriate.
  • •Represent the company in litigation before courts and administrative tribunals; retain outside counsel when necessary and manage litigation progress.
  • •Manage risk management and training programs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and investigate suspected major misconduct.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Law.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (read, write, and speak).
  • •Proactive, able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines in a service-oriented manner.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong editing and document preparation ability.
  • •Comfortable making legal decisions and advising on business risks.
