Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead the Project Interface Management Program, including governance, tools, reporting, and interface management frameworks.
  • •Identify, define, and manage technical, contractual, organizational, geographic, and stakeholder interfaces; ensure interface ownership, dependencies, and closure requirements are clear.
  • •Establish and maintain the Master Interface Register, monitoring actions, deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and closure status.
  • •Coordinate engineering and technical interfaces across Solar PV, BESS, substations, transmission systems, subsea cables, SCADA, telecommunications, and grid connection infrastructure.
  • •Provide oversight for construction, commissioning, and operational readiness interfaces and manage interface-related commercial and risk exposures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in Interface Management, Integration Management, Project Management, or Major Package Management roles.
  • •Proven experience on large-scale EPC and/or EPCI projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary, multi-contractor, and stakeholder interfaces, with strong understanding of engineering through commissioning processes.
