Lead client-focused global benefits strategy by developing and executing health and benefits account plans. •Implement the Health Solutions strategic development plan across assigned accounts, aligned with Client Excellence objectives and value proposition.
•Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to support client retention, growth, and long-term partnership strategies.
•Lead account management activities using Client Promise, Jeopardy Management, Top Pricing, Relationship Management, Aon Pulse, and Flex Benefits.
•Identify opportunities to enhance client value and improve business outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners.
•Coach and develop team members; monitor account performance and proactively address risks or challenges while coordinating delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
