Key Responsibilities

  • •Build foundational systems for AI experiences (embedding infrastructure, voice AI pipelines, client components and integrations).
  • •Integrate foundation models via APIs and open-source frameworks, applying techniques like RAG and vector search where appropriate.
  • •Own projects end-to-end across requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and iterative improvement for reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data science/ML, and infrastructure to ship AI features and drive engineering excellence through reviews and best practices.
