Operational Accounting Intern

Support the Invoicing and Settlement team by helping process and resolve discrepancies for crude invoices and purchase statements. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on invoice disputes, and input disputes into rail platforms and a Right Angle issue log. Maintain customer files and department processes, send invoices for AP upload to the payment system, and help identify efficiency improvements using tools like Excel, RightAngle, and Oracle.
