Lead operating model transformation initiatives for Aon Business Solutions, partnering with ABS leadership and senior stakeholders across Solution Lines, Regions, and Functions. Own the end-to-end design of the target operating model, translate strategy into detailed governance, capabilities, and organizational structures, and guide phased implementation through pilots and scaling.
