Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and plan entertainment activities and events such as live performances, games, workshops, and theme nights tailored to the target audience.
  • •Develop creative activity programs that enhance guest satisfaction and participation across different age groups and demographics.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and performers to ensure seamless execution, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • •Interact with guests to promote upcoming activities, encourage participation, and collect feedback to improve offerings.
  • •Ensure entertainment activities adhere to safety protocols and regulations by conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years relevant experience, plus GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Plan, organize, and execute entertainment activities and events including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • •Knowledge of the target audience’s demographics, interests, and preferences to create engaging programs.
  • •Understand safety protocols, regulations, and risk assessment procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills to support the role.
