Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver plan-based financial advice by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting data, and providing customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Refer and deliver appropriate investment and insurance solutions while identifying opportunities during client conversations.
  • •Build a client referral pipeline through prospecting, networking, and developing internal/external centers of influence; document calling efforts.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with teller transactions as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies; participate in branch huddles and debriefs and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Develop current and new customer relationships to achieve sales goals and build referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Use sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Build rapport quickly and effectively through fact-finding conversations and objection handling.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
  • •Hold FINRA License S6, FINRA License S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and life and health insurance licenses (upon hire).
