Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the definition and execution of system verification and validation strategies, translating requirements into validation plans, methodologies, and automation solutions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and JDMs to align verification approaches, test automation strategies, quality expectations, and delivery commitments across the product lifecycle.
  • •Specify, design, and develop test fixtures, instrumentation, measurement systems, data acquisition hardware, and automation tools to support system-level verification.
  • •Lead development and execution of manual and automated system tests to ensure functional, robustness, reliability, and performance coverage.
  • •Analyze test results to identify trends and risks, provide actionable feedback, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for product and test failures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in IoT embedded product validation, including mobile application testing on iOS and Android, with at least 3 years working with Joint Design Manufacturers (JDMs).
  • •Strong expertise defining end-to-end test strategies for connected products, including test plans, scenarios, cases, traceability, test coverage, and validation reports.
  • •Experience developing and deploying automated test frameworks, test infrastructure, and validation environments for functional, regression, reliability, robustness, endurance, fault-injection, recovery, and stress testing.
  • •Hands-on measurement, control, and automation experience using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, NI DAQ (or similar) and proficiency in test automation development using Python.
