  • •Provide Field Quality leadership to reduce cost of quality across assigned product portfolios.
  • •Analyze customer and field feedback to prioritize improvement opportunities and track time to improvement and accountability.
  • •Conduct site visits and customer investigations to identify root cause and calculate benefits of quality improvements.
  • •Develop and maintain a prioritized project pipeline, facilitating cross-functional root-cause analysis and ensuring agreed quality improvements are delivered.
