Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee design, deployment, and operation of technology architecture and solutions for capturing, managing, storing, and utilizing structured and unstructured data.
  • •Lead development and governance of design standards, assurance processes, and architectural standards for data management applications.
  • •Supervise creation and execution of automated data pipelines (ETL) for extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse data sources.
  • •Ensure reliable, accurate, and up-to-date batch data pipelines and scalable data schemas/models that are easily consumable by end users and other systems.
  • •Provide senior guidance to engineering teams and collaborate with product management and engineers to design and deliver data products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 8 years designing, developing, or implementing highly scalable, high-volume software systems.
  • •8 years defining data architecture and infrastructure roadmaps to deliver scalable, secure, reliable data platforms for analytics, AI, or business intelligence.
  • •8 years working with relational and NoSQL databases, including Amazon RDS SQL Server, Azure SQL instances, or Amazon DynamoDB.
  • •8 years implementing and maintaining data cataloging platforms including AWS Glue or Collibra to support data discoverability, lineage, and compliance initiatives.
  • •3 years using database systems, ETL processes, or cloud platforms (including AWS Database Migration Service, AWS Data Pipeline, or AWS Transfer for SFTP/Simple Storage Service) and building software in CI/CD pipelines (including GitLab CI/CD or AWS CodePipeline).
