Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, operate, and continually improve the technology platform for secure, efficient access across the organization.
  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate technology, including identity, endpoints, SaaS administration, asset management, and joiner–mover–leaver processes.
  • •Operate and continuously improve Cloudflare Zero Trust, troubleshoot access/connectivity issues, and reduce friction created by security controls.
  • •Automate internal tooling using REST APIs and code-based workflows to eliminate recurring manual work.
  • •Run service operations including incident/problem/change management, service catalogue and knowledge base, metrics, capacity planning, and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Depth administering enterprise SaaS and identity at organizational scale, including Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, an IdP (e.g., Okta or Entra), and MDM.
  • •Hands-on experience with Zero Trust access controls (e.g., Cloudflare Zero Trust) including ZTNA/Secure Web Gateway and identity/device-aware access policies.
  • •Comfort taking ownership of an existing Cloudflare implementation, troubleshooting it, and continually improving it.
  • •Ability to automate operational work by writing code (Python or Apps Script) and working confidently with REST APIs.
  • •Experience with fleet management on macOS at scale, including zero touch provisioning and endpoint compliance baselines.
