Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end store operations for talabat/UAE, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, replenishment and order fulfillment. Lead a team, ensure service standards, optimize efficiency, manage costs, and maintain hygiene and safety. Collaborate with the Ops Manager to resolve issues and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for the operations of the store end to -end operation: Staffing & scheduling, Ordering, Inbound receiving, stocking, Pick orders, pack orders, expense control within set operational standards
•Coordinating and supervising store operations (i.e. selecting people, scheduling shifts, routine and preventive maintenance, …)
•Ensure efficient utilization of pickers with multi tasking role in order to optimize UTRs
•Ordering / Store replenishment: Ensure proper stock in stores (No OOS or OVS) by assessing the inventory and issuing orders based on the input and assessment of demand planner plus physical stock assessment
•Inventory management: Ensuring effective stock control function and practices. Implementation of inventory process to ensure adequate stock levels and accurate inventory

Key Requirements

•You have at least 5-7 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant
•You are energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job
•Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools
•Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills
•Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous
