Manage and troubleshoot enterprise certificate authority infrastructure by reviewing PKI/SSL certificate requests and operating end-to-end certificate lifecycle workflows (CSR processing, enrollment, renewal, replacement, and revocation). Provide technical support for certificate issues affecting court websites and resources, monitor CRLs and Certificate Transparency logs for unauthorized or anomalous certificates, and help prepare for a 2026 Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool rollout. Fully remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

•Review, approve, or reject PKI/SSL certificate requests daily.
•Manage certificate lifecycle activities including CSR processing, enrollment, renewal, replacement, and revocation.
•Provide technical assistance to courts experiencing PKI/SSL certificate issues and troubleshoot certificate problems across enterprise websites and resources.
•Conduct daily reviews of Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) and monitor Certificate Transparency logs to validate certificate authenticity.
•Document troubleshooting procedures, maintain a knowledge base, and support process improvement and automation for CLM tool implementation in 2026.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field with 8+ years (or commensurate experience).
•3+ years of experience with PKI/SSL certificate management.
•Strong understanding of X.509 certificates, Certificate Authorities, and PKI infrastructure.
•Experience with certificate lifecycle management tools and processes.
•Knowledge of SSL/TLS protocols and familiarity with Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) and Certificate Transparency logs.
