Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage delivery of EV Charging Infrastructure projects from concept through design, construction, testing, and commissioning.
  • •Oversee implementation of AC and DC charging networks, fleet electrification projects, charging hubs, and smart energy solutions.
  • •Manage delivery of Smart Building Technology systems including BMS, IBMS, ICT, ELV, security systems, access control, CCTV, smart lighting, IoT platforms, and digital building solutions.
  • •Act as primary client interface, managing project scope, programme, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Monitor project performance, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with local authority requirements, international standards, and WSP quality procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •12+ years' experience delivering EV Charging Infrastructure, e-Mobility, Smart Cities, Smart Buildings, or technology-led infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong understanding of EV charging systems, power distribution, renewable energy integration, battery energy storage systems, and intelligent transport solutions.
  • •Proven experience managing Smart Building Technology systems including BMS, IBMS, ICT, Security, ELV and Digital Twin technologies.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects within consultancy, engineering, or infrastructure environments.
