Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as client representative for assigned engineering and construction projects, ensuring delivery to customer needs.
  • •Develop and deliver multiple projects of moderate to advanced complexity, managing scope, business case, and budget/profit margins.
  • •Liaise with key stakeholders and suppliers, explain feasibility of schemes, and ensure QHSE practices are embedded.
  • •Manage tenders on behalf of the customer, including tender analysis of sub-contractor returns and statutory/commercial risk reduction.
  • •Oversee day-to-day project operations end-to-end (estimating, business development, quantity surveying, subcontractor and site manager duties) and ensure documented compliance and customer acceptance in writing.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering projects in a technical, FM, construction, or critical environment.
  • •Recognised qualification in Project Management.
  • •Fluent in Dutch and English (orally and written).
  • •Broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
