Employee Relations Partner - HR Operation - Tokyo

Lead employee relations (ER) case management for the full employee lifecycle, handling complex disciplinary, misconduct, performance, grievances, redundancies, and absences through to resolution. Conduct independent investigations, provide region-specific advice on disciplinary and warning actions, and maintain detailed case documentation. Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners, coordinate consistent case management, and deliver training to strengthen ER decisions across the organization.
