Job Summary

Lead strategic, tactical, and operational planning for Site Services, ensuring efficient scheduling of resources, materials, and site services such as camp, facilities, transport, utilities, infrastructure, and general services. Oversee backlog prioritization, deliver weekly and 12-week rolling plans, manage major work and shutdown planning, track planning KPIs, optimize resource capacity, and coordinate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, logistics, contractors, and HSE. Strengthen planners/schedulers capabilities and drive disciplined SAP PM/EAM usage.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end planning process for the Site Services department, ensuring correct scheduling of work, resources, and materials to meet service levels.
•Supervise area backlog management and prioritize work based on operational criticality, safety risks, production impact, and business requirements.
•Develop, coordinate, and ensure execution of the weekly plan and a 12-week rolling plan aligned with operations, maintenance, facilities, camp, and contractors.
•Implement and maintain planning and scheduling standards to ensure consistency in plan quality, estimated times, work sequencing, and resource requirements.
•Lead major work, infrastructure projects, critical maintenance, and shutdown planning by identifying risks, constraints, and operational dependencies early.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Administration, or related field.
•8–12 years of experience in operational planning, maintenance planning, or services in industrial, mining, or large-scale environments.
•Proven experience leading planning and scheduling teams.
•Experience managing backlog, weekly planning, and medium/long-term planning.
•Experience working with SAP PM/EAM and/or other CMMS/EAM systems.
