Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals.
  • •Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM), inspections, and health checks; assist with equipment setup, qualification, conversion, and recovery.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime; escalate complex issues to engineers when required.
  • •Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and assist engineering activities, trials, and qualifications.
  • •Ensure equipment meets quality/specification requirements, maintain accurate records, participate in equipment improvement projects, and follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures including SOPs and cleanroom protocols.
